Shipping Information

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees may be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and T-Rex Moto-x will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day.  Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. We will always look for the cheapest shipping rate and if needed will refund the difference.

Ground Shipping  (Up to 10 business days) All US addresses. Your local Post Office or regional carriers may provide final delivery. Processing may take up to 2 business days before your order ships.

Standard Shipping  (Up to 8 business days) All US addresses. Processing may take up to 1-2 business days before your order ships.

2-Day Delivery  (2 business days/Mon-Fri) Order must be placed by 1:30 PM ET to ensure 2-day delivery. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 3 business days.

Next-Day Delivery  (1 business day/Mon-Fri) Order must be placed by 1:30 PM ET to ensure next-day delivery. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 2-3 business days. 

International Shipping*   Ships in 1-2 business days.
For all orders placed on our US website for delivery to the international locations above, your order will be shipped using UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Expedited from: 1111 Bold Springs Road, Cairo, GA. 39828, United States.
