Absolutely love the trottle we purchased. Accidently order the wrong cable with it. Called the number on the personally note left in box got an immediate response had the right cable 2 days later!! Absolutely AMAZING products & customer service!!!
I wrote T-Rex about a fading red throttle after only having it for less than a year. Immediately got a response saying sometimes the anodizing wears, asked to return it and they’d send me another one. Even asked if I wanted a different color.
