I ordered the throttle and forgot the cable. They sent me an email reminding me but I'm just not the daily email checking type. Anyways, I see it a few days later and thought, I better purchase one so I can use the thing so i did. The throttle had already shipped so they would arrive separately. We'll the throttle and cable arrive on the same day and instead of shipping it like I had ordered it without a cable T-Rex had provided a cable free of charge with the throttle and my 2nd parcel had the cable I ordered. They may have messaged me and provided that information but I didn't check. My point being is that, most companies nowadays just don't care enough about you, or your future business to provid necessary items free of charge. If they do... they value you and the fact that you chose them. It isn't putting the almighty $ 1st but I'll be a return customer when I need something T-Rex offers. The bling fastener, on the see through window could be offered in plain black or whatever you want instead of the fancy pants machined pattern. That's the only thing I would prefer different. The thing is buttery smoove!
